Course Description:

This course will be 1.5 - 2 hours long. Students will be teaming up and materials will be provided to come up with the board game and spinner.

Robots are simple machines made of many different parts that are programmed to run automatically. Programmers are the engineers that create step-by-step instructions, or algorithms, that tell robots how to understand and respond to their environment. Start by engineering a simple algorithm then learn about programming on paper, a “robot” Brownie friend, and on a device.

Course Description:

This course will be 1.5 to 2.0 hours long. Each student will be designing, building and testing a miniature bridge using popsicle sticks and a hot glue gun. Students will learn the importance of how structure design can help increase the strength of their bridge.
